Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.When the owner told me that it was 125$ I asked why so much when he gave my boyfriend a different quote, that's when he said its that much because of the risk of the glass breaking ,,so there for hes already charging us xtra cuz of the risk, and then wants to charge us xtra for the glass he breaks while the truck was in his possessionhes a glass professional, I don't even see how this could happen, let alone him try and charge us for something he brokeIf he would of told me that he was gunna charge me for glass if he broke ,I would of laughed and would of never left the truck thereand would of sought out a real professionalI hope that this will also stop more people from becoming a victom of his ,and that he can conduct his business in a professional manor!Regards, [redacted]
When she came she said that we give him a price on a parking lot, it was about $ She brought the parts for two doors we told her that we charge $ 75, each door And because it was the two doors at the same time we will do it for $ Before her lefts told her about the risk of glass
breaking and if it happens we do not Warranty it that when was to pay for the new glass (dealing with used glass it's always a Risk of breaking it) And because I made sure she knew of the risk and she took off and leaves the truck for Us to work on it, I don't feel like I have to pay for it

like I said before, I do not have to pay her nothing, because I was very clear when she came in to the shop the first time, before she took off, " there is not warranty when we are working with your used glass,we are not in the business to be breaking glass, but there is always a risk " still, she gave me the key to go ahead with the job, then it happen, glass got broken and we called her to tell her what happened and she agreed to payNow, just because I like this to end, I will offer only once, she can come to pick up a check for half, that is $or she can do what ever she likes, that it is finaltruly yours ***
