The leak that our customer was having was due to a home maintenance issue and not a mechanical error I have attached the pictures to show that the roof is not being taken care of by the homeowner

Regarding this complaint, Dave ***, owner of Dave's Roofing, called Friday, February 19, and left a message on our home answering machine. Apparently he had just received the complaint from the Revdex.com. He came out Monday, February 22, and sealed the top of the chimney. We had a
lot of rain that evening and overnight, and the chimney did not leak. Unfortunately it was not a hard, blowing rain from the north, which is what has always lead to the worst leaks. We will continue to monitor the situation, but we are hopeful that the leaks have been stopped.Thank you for your help in this matter.*** ** ***, Jr

If this is still leaking then the only other thing I can think of is the soffit is open where your siding guys installed it This is a very low slope roof and should have had exta attention where the soffit meets the roof I installed extended step flashing to allow water to push past this area but if it is leaking there then you need to get them to come out and close it off This is not my responsibility Any further slander will result in legal representation

If flashing had been properly installed the first time, I would not be having any issues. What a nightmare.
