After reviewing the situation with my driver I found out that the hood of the vehicle was closed on to a piece of plastic that was from a jump pack, our driver pushed down the hood and it wouldn't closeThe owner Michelle then stepped in front of the driver and pushed hard on the center of the hood and dented the hoodSo at the end of the day we didnt actually dent it she did.Thank you

They punctured our oil pan when towing a vehicle & it was fixed twice by them & when it was still leaking & we called them & were told someone would get back to us but never didWe finally had to get it fixed by our mechanic which cost us $& they would not reimburse because the manager, Paul, said we didn't let them fix itHard to do when they don't call you back

11/19/my battery died and I had to call my roadside assistance through my dealership to have my car towed to the dealershipUpon arrival the tow truck driver was unfriendly and not knowledgeable with the make and model of my car with how low it sits to the groundWhen lifting my vehicle up, myself and my husband heard a not very pleasant sound coming from under my carWhen we arrived at the dealership my husband immediately went to my car to inspect itHe then told the driver of the tow company to also inspect my carThere was a break to the fender liner on the passenger side of my carI immediately reported the issue to the tow company on 11/On 11/after I received a written estimate from my dealership and pictures of the damage I emailed them to the attention of the manager/owner of the companyWhen I had not heard anything back regarding the damage I called days later to check on the status of my request as I had not heard from them My response from the owner of the company was that the damage was not caused by them that it was something that I had done to the car and am now blaming them for it and that they would not pay for the repair Was not a pleasant experience and I hope that no one else will have the same experience with themWill definitely NOT recommend them to anyone whether it is for a tow or repairVery unprofessional in dealing with a customer

We had a electrical disablement of our 39' motorhome on Iabout miles from Green Bay and John's Towing of Neenah, WI was sent by our insurance to tow us to a repair shopIn order to tow a motorhome the drive shaft must be disengaged, we know this from having been towed previouslyThe driver of the tow truck took hours to disengage the drive shaftWhen he finally began to tow us the drive shaft continued to turn and part of it was left on the shoulder of the road - the driver wanted to back up to get the part because he said it looked heavyMy husband said no and walked back the or so yards and picked up the partWhen we arrived at the repair shop the driver said to call if there was damage But when we ended up with a bill of *** that had nothing to do with our original problemJohn's towing would not even talk to us let alone reimburse us

Had Johns towing out to jump the car at fvtc parking lot and he closed the hood with the jump box in it and it damaged the hood I spoke to Courtney rowe the owners daughter and she said they would fix it and now they said they are not and wont answer calls from myself or my insurance company It punctured the paint and hood Very unethical people to deal with

Michelle ***. The company did close the hood with their part that they forgot under it. I took my car to their business showed them his fingerprints on the hood. In fact I yelled at him for not using the emblem to close the hood instead of fingerprints. They have changed their story and I feel have very unethical business practices

Company states that they never attempted to close the hood, they were just going to retrieve their jump pack and that's when the consumer came up and closed it with the part still in the hoodThe company has explained this all to the consumer
