[redacted] whom this may concernI have communicated with Ms [redacted] on a couple of occassions I first apologized about the miscommunication on our partI interviewed my staff via group textMs***'a number was breached but not her credit card info This is the first time we've had this issueThe person that contact Ms [redacted] and claimed he received her info from my employees must he identifiedWe've had a recent former emplyee that has been harassing us in various ways so it's important we identify it or our end as well For the time being I would like to offer Ms [redacted] a free meal on us and we apologize for this inconvenience We've been a family business for over years and our reputation is everything Sincerely, [redacted] Owner of Johns Roast Beef & Seafood

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***
I have communicated w/the business owner on several occasions and he's apologized for the incident but in the same breath still denies this took placeI forwarded him the information regarding the date and time I presented to his restaurant and where it shows on camera me writing down and leaving my info w/his employee Also he stated he has a hard time believejng this happened but also stated he was never notified that I went to his establishment and stated my compliantIf your going to apologize stop denying it happened, because that's not an apology at that point
