I first contacted Johnco on a Saturday morning when I found a leak in the pipe from our water heater to the house. Although all of his service technicians were fully booked for the day, [redacted] walked me through a possible short-term fix for the problem. When the fix didn't work, he graciously came out himself to look at the situation and found that there was also a valve problem. He gave me suggestions for getting through the weekend, and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. His technician, [redacted], who arrived promptly on Monday, was professional, courteous, and friendly. He solved the problem and also, per the discussion with [redacted] on Saturday, replaced the water heater with a new, more efficient version. This was my first experience with this company and I highly recommend them. In fact, I have already recommended them to a friend and they provided excellent service to our friend as well. I would definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

We recently hired Johnco Plumbing to do a total repipe of our house. We couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Not being an inexpensive undertaking we obtained four quotes. While Johnco's quote wasn't the lowest, they were still 20% cheaper than the big, more well know companies in the Valley. I did not feel comfortable with the lowest bidder and immediately ruled him out. My choice was the right one. Johnco team completed the project quickly and in a professional manner.
