Review: The nature of their business is shipping duty free boxes to the Philippines. They are called [redacted] box. The normal turnaround is 35 days but they add 5 days for customs clearing and stuff. They pick up the boxes at your house and they put the goods in a container to sail.
They picked up my boxes on 9/**. It's already 11/**. We called their office and the personnel said they do not see my goods in their system. They also said they will only be able to track the goods if they are one week away from arrival date. But how would they know if nobody knows the arrival date?
Below is their guarantee on their website. When I asked them about this guarantee, they said that their website has not been updated since 2008. That does not take away the fact that that is their stated guarantee and I told her to change it then and they kept giving me excuses.
Their website (and I quote) says "The average turnaround time is about 40 days. So unless there’s a major storm on [redacted] path, we guarantee that your [redacted] box will be at your family’s door in a little over a month."Desired Settlement: I need them to deliver my shipment. I need them to provide me information on where my shipment are. They also need to disclose all these hidden information when taking in shipments. It's not very forthcoming. They are more expensive than other companies but since they are bigger, we assume they are more reputable and agree to pay more for a better service. This is not a better service. Thanks!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and though my package has been delivered, it does not erase the fact that instead of 40 days, my package took 66 days to arrive. I do not have any claims except for the business to issue an apology which I have not received.
