I am rejecting this response because:
The reason that the DMV Investigations has not pursued any actions is because I have not filed a written formal compliant as I was instructed toI am trying to resolve this matter peacefully without taking any legal action, or causing a bad name for the businessI do not wish to receive any more than what I have invested. However, it is apparent that the dealer wishes to disregard my compliant with the intentions to conceal their deceptive practices

Business states that they were going out of their way to help consumer out and consumer showed a lack of faith in business by contacting DMV investigationsAt that point, and after the oil change accusations, it was in the best interest of the business to make the decision and no longer help the consumer outObviously, DMV investigations, did not pursue the matter any further as they were aware business was following proper procedures in the dealings with the consumerHis failure to pay the loan to the financial company is what caused the repossession and has nothing to do with the businessUnfortunately business is not able to help consumer out any further

According to my records the customer bought the car last year, she still has the car . Regarding about the down payment, I don't understand why we need to refund it. According to the insurance situation it was an employee that is no longer employed. he was recommending customers to the...

insurance company because Johnny Auto Sales does not sell insurance. Unfortunately the law says that when someone purchases a vehicle they have to get full coverage. Any further questions you can reply to me and I will gladly help with more information. Thank YouTell us why here...

I am rejecting this response because:
After having the vehicle purchased from JOHNNYS AUTO SALES for less than 90 days, I experienced major mechanical problems. My last interaction with him was when I was on my way to work and my engine over heated while I had my family in the car and  I had to frantically pull over on a highway with traffic going minimum of 65-70 miles per hour. I contacted him to let him  know that the vehicle was not safe to drive, and me and my families life were put in danger as a direct result of driving the vehicle that he guaranteed was in perfect working condition. I asked him was there anything that he can do to help us, because I had been having problems with the vehicle since the  first week that I drove it off of his lot. He stated, there is nothing that he can do and we would have to figure out a way to get the vehicle to his dealership. I then informed him that the engine continues to overheat and I did not have money for a tow truck. He told me that I would have to figure something out because that was not his responsibility. I then contacted the loan company  to inform them that, the car that I had been complaining about just completely broken down. In addition, I asked if there was anything that they can do to assist me because I feel that it is immoral to make me continue pay on a car that I had not had for a full 3 months and has already broken down They then stated that it would be up to the dealership to help me because all they do is provide the loan approval. I then called [redacted] once  more to try to come to a resolve, and I let him know that it would take me four hours to get him because the only way that my car would operate is if I filled it with water ever half of a mile. His response remained the same. I had no choice but to take the avenue of filling it with water. Once I arrived, I expressed my frustration in a manner that was professional. Between speaking with [redacted] and the  loan company for hours we came to an agreement that he would pay of the BMW and  allow me to start a new contract by picking a different car off of his lot. I explained to him that I wanted something reliable, and would not give me the same issues that the previous purchase gave me. I also wanted something that would be cost efficient. We came to an agreement that I would get a 2003 Chevy Monte Carlo, he stated that he would  he would have to get a new cadilac converter before he was able to sell it to me and in the mean time he would allow me to drive one of the loaner cars that he provides to his customers under special circumstances and it would take about a three days to get the replacement part. In addition, he stated that before anything would be finalized  he would have to go over the contract  with the loan specialist.  I informed [redacted] that I would agree to the terms, but my concerns are that I still have a open loan with the BMW that I did not want to lapse. He state that  he would take care of it and not to worry. I also told him that the loan specialist stated that he wants me to meet him at the dealership in regards to my new agreement. [redacted] expressed that he would prefer to speak to him alone. I told him the I would like to understand what was going on and I would like to have the opportunity to ask any questions that I may have. He still suggested that I let him take care of it. I contacted him the next day and he stated that everything had been taking care of he was just waiting for the part to arrive, this went on for approximately a month an two weeks. Within that time frame  I had been informing that I still  have a open loan that  I was very concerned about that he been telling me not to be concerned about, but the loan company was calling my job and references inquiring about missed payments which was very embarrassing  being that I had not ever made a late payment to them. I informed them that he told me that being that I was trading in my car   everything would be taking care of they then told me that they would contact him. I immediately contacted him and to let him know that my payments were about to be 60 days past due and I did not need to take a hit like that on my credit. He told me that the part was in but he would need to speak with me in his office he did not want to discuss anything from over the phone. I agreed to meet him after  I got off of work. When I arrived at his office and begin discussing the contract I realized that everything had changed from the initial agreement that was made. He stated that he would be loosing money if we went with the first agreement and he could  not afford to do that  and the past due payments that he agreed  take care of would be incorporated into the overall new loan balance. I expressed to him that we made a verbal agreement and something and as 2 professionals that should not change. He stated that he understands but he can not afford to do that. He then told me to take the car home and discuss it with my wife and give him a call the next day. It was the way that i  was able to get home which he new and used to his advantage, so I agreed. After speaking to my wife she remembered the conversation that had taken place between me  and the dealership, and she was very frustrated as well that was being manipulated. The following day  I contacted the DMV investigations department to inform them of my circumstances and also to ask was it legal. They then try to mediate the situation and contact the dealership to settle the matter. When they contacted me to  let me know the outcome of the conversation, they stated the dealer was no longer going to help and he wanted me to return the car the same day. When I arrived at the dealership after work he just told me to give him the keys back and the broken down car is my problem now this took place approximately at 8:00pm.  At the time it took me and my wife approximately 10 hours to get home being that I had know money for a tow truck and  I had to continue to pull over to fill the car with water to prevent the head gaskets from exploding and the car from overheating. Eventually I had to have the car reposed and now I have that on my credit history for the next 10 years.
This has been the worst experience that I have had in reference to dealing with a dealership. I have been a customer that has  fulfilled my financial obligation despite the problems I was having with the car. There was even a time that I walked in to his establishment one night to inform him  that the car was still having problems after his mechanics stated that they fixed it  and he was heavily intoxicated and as a honest person the first thing that I did was try to make sure that he was okay I stayed for approximately 40 min trying to bring him to consciousness and let him know that he had left the door opened and it was not safe for him to be in his office in that state of mind when any person could just walk in and see him like that. I even went as far as offering him a ride home so that he would not get a DUI. As a result he manipulates me and his mechanics steal from me. I have audio/video evidence of everything that  I say nothing is fabricated. The only thing that I am requesting is justice and being giving back what has been taking from me. I do not deserve to have repossession on my record. I have made all of my payments on time. I am just not in a financial possession to paying thousands for a car that is not running I have a family to take care.
If  can be giving back the initial money that  I invested in the car and have the repo removed off of my record at least I would feel like I was not completely robbed.

I am rejecting this response because:
The statement that the business provided is inaccurate. In fact, it lacks the full detail of the actual chain of events. It is evident that they are attempting to disguise the in injustice that has been done through nonchalant unelaborate statements. In none of my complaints have I indicated I did not want to presume responsibility in paying taxes or license fees. This is not my first purchase of a vehicle. I am a UNITED STATES MILITARY VETERAN  that has made many vehicle purchases  I fully comprehend what fees are associated in purchasing any vehicle. What has apparently taking place here is I was swindled, manipulated, and intentionally sold a vehicle that they knew had a short life expectancy. With my lack of knowledge for the legal ramifications of vehicle sales, they were able increase their capital off my hard earned money that  I use to support my family. As I stated all I want is what I invested and the repossession to be removed from my credit history nothing more nothing less.

Review: I took my vehicle to Johnny AUTO SALES on 01/04/14 to have my oil changed. I was told that I would need to purchase my own oil and air filter. I purchased my own products as requested upon and took it back to . They made me wait for 1hour and then told me I would have to leave my car or come back the following day. I did not want to leave my car so I let them know I was already late for work I would just have to come back the next day. This happened two consecutive times. On 01/07/14They finally got around to changing my oil. When I walked around to ask the mechanics what would be the estimated time of completion I saw that they had a generic brand that is not compatible with my engine and diiferent from the brand that I purchased. I then asked were was the brand that I purchasedThey stated that they had already used it and discarded the bottles. I then stated that I did not see them use it and the last place I seen it was when it was taken to the back. I then requested to check the back, I was taken 1/4 of the way and was told it was nothing back there. He then tried to quickly leave. Before we left I took a look at the floor and recognized one of the containers that I purchased. I picked it up and told him that this is one of the containers he denied it as I stepped further in I saw the other container. I told him that I was sure that this was mine and asked why are they stealing from me. When I went to speak to the owner about it the mechanic followed behind me and told me I was I liar and I better not ever come back. I let him and the owner know that I would be taking the filled containers down were I purchased them to have the products scanned and if it came back with my credit card number that means that they were stealing from me.when I took to the [redacted] it came back as the product I purchased. I also have a voice recording and pictures of everything that took place.Desired Settlement: I'm requesting $9,000. Since I bought this vehicleI have been having problems with it. I have to take itback every week. They say that they fix one problem but its never fixed but it is never fixed and a new problem always exist when they give it back. I understand that im not covered under the lemon laws. However if a dealer tells me that they are selling me a car that is in great conditionm I shouldnt have issues with it the very next day. I have invested alot of time away from work and gas.

Review: [redacted] sold me a lemon he stated the bank wanted me in a reliable car but sold me junk. Within 2 weeks of purchase [redacted] had to replace my ignition coil. About 3 weeks later making it about 45 now my car need complete engine work. Belt tenchner, water pump, timing change,.. Ranging any where from $600-900 . this is ridiculous I haven't had the car 60 days. Purchased 7/9/15. Car came with broken windshield, that [redacted] has still yet to fix. He lied to banks and harasses my phone all day and night. This isn't right . has not even been 60 days. Poor business qualityDesired Settlement: I wish to have my vehicle repaired or exchanged.

Not a good experience for me, check engine light on since day 1. Took care back 5 times and it was still never resolved. I would never get a car from him ever and do not recommend buying a car from him. He is only about getting you financed so he gets his money.
