Good day,I believe the issue was posted before we had metWe met at our office and we went over the timelineI showed him and reminded him of the terrible delays the city, permits,plans, engineering and than to historic reviewThis was monthsThan once we got going and got our first inspection
Mind you it had already went through all the city the inspector came out and said we needed another permit and drawingsSo back to the plan company, city etc. We also are at the mercy for approvals which we had not even received for the custom vent hood and AC unitThe insurance has another company we have to go through and answer all of there questions before we can order and do things that are not specifically approved for in the scope or the dollars dont match etc. We are hoping that those last two items can be completed in the next couple of weeks.
