I explained to [redacted] that we have a strict policy that we will not re-connect any plumbing and it was only done as an attempt to help her. Upon attempting to re-connect the plumbing our installers noticed it was something they were not qualified to do. I refunded her $275 per her request to the Revdex.com and she said she felt the issue was resolved.

Review: Individual charged me for services that he never provided. He charged me an additional 450.00 to remove toilets (3) and replace seals and supply lines. In addition to moving a fridge and stove. Most carpet installers don't charge an additional fee for these services! He left and said for me to call a plumber. He couldn't put the supply lines back on! I couldn't get one right away so he left me without use of 2 toilets. For quite sometime If he couldn't do the job why charge someone for it.?He never sent me back the fee for the supply lines and labor! Also one of his workers sliced my carpet while cutting my flooring I told him about it and he said they never did it. I even had pictures to prove it. DO NOT CALL THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!! You will be very disappointed!Desired Settlement: At least give me back the money for the supply lines AND labor. The bill for the plumber I had to get to fix his mistakes was 275.00. As far as the carpet I m not getting this outfit back in my house. So a %of what it costs to replace it.
