The tenant has been notified on several occasions to contact the heating companyIt was told to them on January 16th and neither tenant made the effort to callOnce they submitted complaint to Revdex.com, we replied, we contacted heating company again and asked them to contact the tenantsBoth tenants received an email on the 4th of February and on the 5th the heating company left both tenants messages and as of 1:44pm on the 7th, *** *** has still not heard from tenantsJ*** B***

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, Please let us know below why you are rejecting the offer made by the business.]The tenants at *** *** *** are rejecting the offer made by Best Choice Property Managment, LLC (J*** B***) because the reported complaint has yet to be resolved. We, the tenants received an email from the property manager stating that she has contacted *** *** to put us on the schedule to have the HVAC reassessed but has not confirmed a date or time for the services. Furthermore, we also requested a resolution of receiving monetary reimbursement for the excessive electric bill for February which totaled $473.80, to which we got no response. Furthermore, several inaccurate statements have been made regarding communications between us and *** *** as the tenants never personally communicated with any staff member at *** *** post repair. Therefore, no follow up appointment post January was ever communicated or scheduled with the company to then be cancelled, as stated by the property manager. The property management may have communicated with *** *** regarding our message on January to her that the repairs were inadequate, but there was never communication between *** *** and the tenants. There was a missed phone call from *** *** on January 8, due to the tenants being at work when call was made, however no voicemail was left from the company. The form from *** *** that the property manager submitted even states UTC (unable to contact) on 1/8/2018. I did return the missed phone call when I was available after work on 1/but the company voicemail stated that they had closed at either 3:or 3:30. I did leave a voicemail message stating (not exact words as that would be impossible to remember) the heat seems to be working better on warmer days, however it is yet to be determined whether the repairs are sufficient until we have more cold weather. I never difinitively stated that repairs were sufficient. Once realized repairs were not sufficient we contacted the property manager again. Communication with *** *** was me leaving one voicemail on 1/10. I never spoke with anyone from this company nor did anyone ever leave me or the other tenant a voicemail. After further researching *** *** since reports from this company were completely inaccurate I noticed that *** *** has complaints on the Revdex.com. Perhaps I should file a complaint against them as well, or the property management for *** *** *** should do so seeing as how the property owners money was insufficiently spent on repairs that have not been completedTo address why the tenants didn't further communicate with *** *** is due to the fact that per the lease, our responsiblity is to communicate issues with property management not any other business. Furthermore, we have been told by property management that if repairs are schedule and the company does not find any problems then we will be financially responsible. We the tenants are not going to personally schedule an appointment for services that we may later be held financially responsible for as stated by the property manager. Furthermore, the tenants would like to report that given our constitutional right to free speech, we attemted to communicate with the property owners only to report the unprofessionalism and ineffective communication of the property management they have chosen. We received an email from the property manager stating that we should not contact the property owners and stating a slanderous comment against one of the tenants stating that she does not care about the owners health issues. Let it be known that the property management is at fault for one, for sharing the property owners personal health information, as well as, making a slanderous comment with others attached to the email against one of the tenants. In the message the property management is referencing, L*** states, "I'm not concerned with other people's business or health problems, we are simply asking for our broken heat to be fixed as soon as possible." This in no way implies that Leah is uncaring/unsympathetic, only that HVAC problems are a business matter, not a personal matterAs it stands, this property management continues to respond unprofessionally and demonstrates ineffective communication and as a result, a resolution to the original complaint and request have yet to made.Thank you Revdex.com for your time in addressing this matter.Regards,

I emailed both tenants yesterday and told them that [redacted] was called to place them back on their schedule and for them to look at the duct work while they're there. On the 5th of January GS replaced the defrost control board and system was working. On the 8th the tenant called GS and said they were still having a problem, on the 10th they called back GS and cancelled the appointment because system was working. Both GS and myself hadn't heard anything back until January 16th that there was no heat. I was trying to find out if they actually had no heat or they're saying because they have to change filters so often that they felt the system wasn't working properly. I left it with the room mate to talk with S[redacted] and if they had no heat to call [redacted]. The next thing I knew was when they submitted the complaint. I contacted GS and they didn't hear anything from the tenants either since the 10th when they cancelled the appointment.Jan 5th: [redacted] had tech replace defrost boardJan 8th: Tenant called GS to say it wasn't working and GS put them on their schedule Jan 10th: Tenant called and cancelled appointment and GS removed them from scheduleNeither Best Choice nor [redacted] heard anything further till the 16thJan 16th: I left it with room mate to talk with S[redacted] and if they have no heat to call GSNo other response from tenants till we received the complaint from Revdex.comMy response is if they had the problem why didn't they call [redacted] on the 16th. They have to take part of this responsibility for lack of communication. J[redacted] B[redacted]
