I placed two separate orders from these people in late June/Early July The product was back order, although I did not receive notification of the back order until 7/6/ These emails stated: "Your charge for this item will not be finalized and your credit card will not be chargedIf you ordered using PayPal, your charge will be refunded." Well - this did not happen - instead they charged me for one of the orders on 7/ I called and spoke with one of the representatives and she promised to check on the order status and call me backthis never happened On 7/I receiced an email stating "Your order amount was refunded to your original form of paymentThank you! Company charged my credit card more than one month ago and didn't ship the items
I have ordered some items online at the website wigs.com on July 4th for the the total value (including shipping) of USD
On July 8th they send me a message saying my order has a backorder item and asking me whether I wanted to cancel the order or to wait for the item
I replied saying I was willing to wait
They never said they would charge my credit card immediately, before even knowing when the item would be available
What they have said was:
