Guaranteed to seal driveway, filling cracks with heavy sealer to prevent damage. More damage now resulting in more expense. Will not return to fix.On June 21, 2012, [redacted] stopped and requested to clean, seal and fill cracks in my driveway. He stated since they were coming through finishing out the day, he would discount the price if I would allow them to do it today. The work was done and he was paid by check. I was given a 4 year Guarantee in writing with signature by [redacted] dba Johnny Mack Seal Coating and Asphalt Repair to seal driveway, filling cracks with heavy sealer to prevent cracking or breaking of asphalt. With the last 2 severe winters, my drive has crumbled in several places and cracks are 2-3 times larger and breaking apart. I have continuously tried to contact Mr. [redacted] for him to fix this problem. On a couple of occasions, he has answered and promised that he would come and fix problem, but he never showed after scheduling a day he was to be there on more than one occasion, nor even called to say wasn't coming. This has been going on for 2 years. Upon getting other estimates to correct and properly fix my driveway, it is going to cost a lot more now for repairs. I was told due to not properly filling cracks and sealing them that I would have to have a great deal of repairs done, possibly a complete resurfacing done then sealed to correct this problem.Desired Settlementpaying for another company to correct this problem at whatever the cost since it was due to their negligence

Paving services inferior, damage to house when paving, failure to respond to complaintAfter paving driveway material started to crumble, crack, and deteriorate. Found damage to entry way of garage from equipement used to pave. Notified company and Mr. Mack said he or his brother would respond by coming to house. They never showed up. He asked for us to wait about a month for material to settle and they would respond with applying a sealer. Six weeks passed by. They never responded or showed up. Told him about the damage to house and he said he would have to take pictures for his attorney. Mr. Mack never showed up. Mr. Mack returned one of my calls and confused me with another one of his customers. Gave him a deadline of one week to respond with repairs and/or a visit to look at the problem with I or my wife present and he never appeared. Left numerous phone messages and he has not responded.
