I entered into this establishment at 7:pm on 11/18/and as soon as I I walked in I received the salutation we re closing in ten minutesI expected this as common courtesy when your in a store close to its closing time My mom is a regular customer of this establishment for the past years so she walked in knowing the exact wig and color she needed The only discrepancy was she was evaluating of the same colored wigs that were the same color but an evident difference in color This store has a firm NO RETURN policy so she just wanted to take some time to decide At 7:the son of the owner whom identified himself as the "manager" of the store shut down the lights in the wig section with knowledge that we were back there He screamed at the ladies helping us not to bring another wig from the back of the store I asked if he could cut the lights back on as it was only 7:and my mother was bagging up the wig to purchase He told me "this my store if you don't lik
I would have to give this store a negative on ratingsI spend money in this store all the time and every time I am made to feel very uncomfortableMy last straw was this experience ,today 8/17/I bought dollars worth of makeup in this store and when I arrived at home to open it, half of the make up product was stale.The next day when I came to the store with my receipt they told me to contact Kiss (the name of the brand from the makeup that I purchased) they told me because I opened it they would not return itI'm am a black woman and the reason why I said that was because I told her that it was not showing up on my skin it caused red whip marks on my face because it was so stale, and she ( the cashier at the counter) said " well it shows up on mine" I told her "because I was a different color then her" and "that it was stale" and they continued to say they were not going to give me an exchange or my refundNo where in the store or on the receipt did it say anything about refunds for this product, in the store it only states wigs, clothing, and hair were the only things non refundable or non exchangeableThey are very judgmental based on the color of your skin.I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!! I felt very very uncomfortable about this, just imagine who else they make feel like this!!!!
