August 7, Revdex.com RE: ID *** I am responding to complaint ID ***. The company that was digging and running lines in *** *** and *** *** HOA was *** ***. *** *** has been working in the central Indiana area for years
running fibre optic, high speed wire is residential areas. The Association and the management company are not notified ahead of time the *** *** is coming or when they will arrive nor is there any requirement that they do so. *** *** only works in the utility easement where they are allowed to do so. *** *** stated that they did place a hang tag on every door of every street alerting them that they would be doing this work When Ms *** called the office this was explained to her by the property manager and she argued that she asked one of the “workers” and they stated it was ***. That information was incorrect. I am responding to complaint ID [redacted]. Living in a Homeowners Association can be...

difficult for some. The street light repairs in this community have always been a challenge. The Association owns the lights and therefore is often waiting for a third party to respond to a maintenance request that we have issued. Each time that an owner within the community reports a light out to us we do call in a maintenance request. Most of the time the maintenance company can get there fairly quickly, but unfortunately this is not always the case. Some repairs do take time and like any aspect of a persons life we have to wait our turn. Street lights everywhere do go out from time to time and need to be repaired and replaced. We are sorry if it takes more time than one may like, but when we are called about a problem we moved as quick as we can to get it resolved.
