Q Art sales, performs, promotes spin art via *** have a passion for art and I started purchasing a couple of pieces and I continued to support his small business until the art pieces started to come in. The first one came in which the paint was cracked in several places, I sent a text via *** and he said sometimes this happen. *** assured me all other pieces would be epoxy and that way this can be avoided. I received two more pieces that were with epoxy one cost me $160.00 that has bubble wrap imprinted on the art piece from shipping, the other cost me $110.00 that also has bubble wrap imprints and with a couple of bubbles (hard) from the epoxy). I text *** and ask that he not ship any more paintings because we can not (BF and I) justify the money spent on these paintings and ask for a refund. *** text back and said he would reply via email instead. At this time he has not shipped any additional paintings and there is approx 2500.00 -3500.00 money at stake. I agree to keep or return the three I have received with no refund. *** did mention in his email that I could not receive a refund and all sales are final. Also like to mention on one of his lives he told the audience he did refund one of the guys painting for one similar to mine, but I think his amount paid compared to mine was not a big deal. Which is why he will not refund my money. *** said he can remake the art but you can remake the same spin art to come out the same way.
