Dear Ms. [redacted] We sincerely apologize. We understand that the repair quoted is high and is not to your satisfaction special under the circumstances. We apologize that you spoke with our customer service rep and they gave you an impression that a repair might have been lower. I... spoke with my estimator that helped you and he stated that the repair requires sanding and refinishing the panel and the damage goes beyond one panel. Our process is always to make repairs as affordable to our customers but we also want to make sure that if we commit to a repair, it is fixed properly. We want to apologize if we gave you false hope that there was a more affordable repair but unfortunately it would require a refinish of the vehicle. If you would like to this discuss this in over the phone, please give me call at [redacted] ***Sincerely, [redacted] General Manager

Hi Mr. [redacted], I am sorry for the frustration that you are going through. I have made a time line of the entire repair and would like to discuss it with you to see where Britland has failed for you and where we can help you here moving forward. As per my records, [redacted] is the insurance company...
covering the cost to repair the vehicle and we at Britland Auto Body have informed [redacted] of the results from BMW of Bridgewater with the ABS and submitted it to [redacted] twice. We have fax confirmations which can be forwarded to you. Our rep has reached out to the original adjuster that was assigned to the vehicle while it was at our facility and he stated it was assigned to another [redacted] rep. I have reached out to you but got your voicemail. When you have a chance, please give me a call. We understand the length of time the vehicle has been out of your possession and at the dealer but Britland Auto Body cannot authorized or proceed with those repairs unless [redacted] or the Vehicle Owner approves the repairs. We will help you in way we can but we are waiting on [redacted] to inform us what they are going to do.
