The guest was never charged a tip I have all the process receipts to show this. Some banks automatically hold a tip amount until the transaction clears we have no control over this, that would be the guest complaint with her bank. Review: We purchased gift cards from this restaurant last year. We dined there today and they refused to honor the gift cards stating that they no longer accept gift cards. They said they hung signs in the restaurant some time back informing patrons of the same. The owner was unreasonable and would not honor the cards, even though she took our money when we purchased.Desired Settlement: $20 in gift cards refunded and a record of the complaint for other patrons to see when researched.
