I have reviewed Mr***'s complaint, and then looked through our computer data base and do not find he name anywhere in our current systemSo the letter may have our name on it, but we are not sending it out from our system

***'s rang a bell and I checked our records and back in he sent a similar letter to you, Case #XXXXXXXX, where we again made sure that his name was not in our recordsWe recommended back then that he look into a website of the "
National do not mail list" and fill out their registration to stop unwanted mail
We are sorry he is receiving unwanted mail, but have be unable to determine who is sending it to him
I will again attempt to track down who is sending this mail and get it stopped

It's not my problem that Grieger's Motor Sales, Inc failed to remove my name and address completely, the ad came from Grieger's Motor Sales, Inc so again that's the complaintI'm registered at the National Do Not Mail List and do not get the other spam from the other complaints I have sentTo determine who is sending the ads for Grieger's Motor Sales, Inc whoever reviewed my case needs to find out who they paid to get my name and address on the mailing list in the first place and stop it from thereThis is not the first Grieger's Motor Sales I received in the past three months I have several that went into the shedder and I let them go until now

Grieger's Motor Sales has contacted Fiat Chrysler Corporation (FCA) as we believe that the customer is receiving mailers from FCA with our name on itThese may be mailers that we have purchased or agreed to have FCA send outOnce again, Grieger's Motor Sales has no record of the customer or his address in our customer management software, which is where any internal mailing would come fromThis fact leads us to believe that the mailing is coming from FCA or some other source using our name on the mail pieceThe lists used for the FCA mailers are not provided to us, the dealer, as they are sent directly from FCA but they use Grieger's Motor Sales name on themWe have made the contact with FCA through our District Manager and he is proceeding to get the customer's name off of any list that FCA might haveA copy of any or all mailings that were sent to his address would be extremely helpful as the copies would lead us to the direct source of the mailing and what mailing list he is onWe will continue to do everything possible to get him removed from any future mailings that might be coming from FCA and we can assure the customer that no mailing is coming directly from Grieger's Motor SalesThis process with FCA might take some time but we will push to get it handled as quickly as possible and will not stop until it is taken care ofThank you

As a "proposed resolution" I have reviewed the response made by a Grieger's Motor Sales personThe next Grieger's Motor Sales ad that comes to my home I will file another advertising complaint with an attachment if it comes from Grieger's Motor Sales
Understanding now that this is a Fiat Chrysler Corporation mailing list problem hopefully the Grieger's Motor Sales person responding to Revdex.com of Northern Indiana and myself will have done a cease and desist advertising with Fiat Chrysler Corporation

I was able to get most of my money back for the vehicle I had purchasedI then purchased a new vehicle from Greiger's, and so far I am very satisfied with the new vehicle

has XXXXX miles on itHe has never brought vehicle in for those 12,miles with any engine or running condition similar to what is described to us, prior to their trip
Even thought these are 100,mile plugs, there are many things that can foul out plugs, including but not limited to type of fuel purchased and its quality,type of driving conditions, etc
If the customer is unhappy with service preformed at another dealer's service department, than they need to address that issue with that dealer
They do have an appointment with us later this week to look at vehicle
