To whom it may concern; The repairs to the vehicle belonging to [redacted] were repaired at our repair facilityUpon receiving the vehicle Ms[redacted] noticed several items that needed attention= Ms[redacted] stated that there was over spray on the inside of her driver side door handles, the drivers door was missing an aftermarket door edge guard, and the was a one inch line from body work on the left rear door at the mid line that needs attention and, the drivers door interior handle was not seated properly in its location These were the items that were brought to the repair facilities attention at the time of vehicle delivery Prior to leaving the facility with the vehicle the following items were repaired and found to be acceptable by Ms[redacted] = the drivers side door edge guards were installed, and the drivers door interior handle was restored to its correct location Ms[redacted] was initially extended a rental by Johnny's Paint & Body to correct the issues identified by Ms[redacted] , this offer was retracted when Ms[redacted] wanted to drop the vehicle off late on Friday afternoonThe repair facility working hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 08:00am-12:00pm closed for lunch then 01:00pm-05:00pmMs [redacted] was informed that the repair facility would not place her in a rental for three days thru the weekend while there were no repairs being completed on the vehicleMs [redacted] was insistant on getting a rental and persisted to ask then demand the repair facility get her a rentalMs[redacted] left without resolution and was upsettwo weeks passed and Ms[redacted] called late on a Thursday afternoon and stated she would be bringing in her vehicle in for the repairs Friday morning and that we needed to have a rental car waiting for herMs[redacted] was informed that as of result of the last communication in which Ms[redacted] was refusing to cooperate in leaving her vehicle for repairs that the courtesy rental will no longer be extended as the needed repairs will be less than eight hours to completeMs[redacted] at this time became very upset and threatened the repair facility with seeking legal representation and reporting to the Revdex.com During the entire time of this process Johnny's Paint and Body has been willing to rectify any and all concerns related to this collision repairThe repair facility needs Ms[redacted] to release the vehicle to the repair facilty for less that one work day to address these minor adjustments

The repair facility will be unable to rectify any concerns Ms.*** has stated, until she can make time to leave the vehicle at the repair facility for less than one working dayThe repair facility is 100% willing to complete repairs associated to the collision in which this claim is referencedThe repair facility has always been willing to correct any issues of workmanship and or adjustments, but the claimant has refused to leave vehicle at repair facility without a rental car provided for herThe insurance company of the insured provided the initial rental in which Ms.*** kept additional days to accommidate her scheduleIt is not the responsibility of the repair facility to accommidate rentals to claiments or insureds , the repair facility provides collision repair services only

I am rejecting this response because: I have audio of the conversations per myself and ***", stating he would fix the repairs with a rental being furnished due to there negligenceI in fact did call on a Friday and agreed that I would drop the car off the following week due to the shop being closed for the weekendOn the following Monday when I called to inform them I would be dropping off the vehicle on Wed, that if they could have a rental readyMichael declined the rental but was willing to fix my vehicle with me having to pay out of pocket for a rentalHe then offerd me $to settle with the terrible paint job and broken door handleI refused that offer per the Insurance company that originally paid out $1400.00, they came out and readjusted the repairs I needed to have addressed again with a total of $if I were to pay out of pocket to get my vehicle fixed back to pre accident conditionAs for the door handle being fixed the day I raised concern, No it is still brokenI am still asking for my vehicle to be repaired back to pre accident condition and to furnish me a rental during the processIf they had did the job right the first time I would not have to be taking my car back to themI should not be responsible for there negligenceAgain I have ALL recordings of our conversations between myself and Michael and will be more than willing to furnish them to come to a resolution
