Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  Johnny Mathews is lying again. I have all the emails of the original settlement agreement to cover full costs of repair, loss and written apology. Emails showing them flaking on first meet then insulting me with nothing close to our agreement and trying to force me to sign a gag order. I will not tolerate the abuse I have suffered through this horrifying experience. I have been belittled, insulted, publicly verbally attacked, called a liar, called a media liar..I will be suing Johnny Mathews for this whole life changing event. I will never step foot in a beauty school ever again because of this....and ive been using various schools for well over 20 years. Sincerely,[redacted]

Johnny Matthew's tried to resolve this dispute by meeting in person the complainant and offering $65.00 fee in cash for services rendered and an additional $130.00 in cash as a good will gesture for a total cash sum of $195.00. 
This offer did/does not constitute an admission of liability...

on the part of Johnny Matthew’s. The offer was rejected by complainant.

I have not recieved a refund. Johnny Mathews offer was a lie..he only wanted to force me to sign a gag order not pay me.
