again fixed the vehicle and gave you a no charge rental. We have stood behind your vehicle. In regards to the warranty the issues you have had the warranty would not have covered. It is a very limited warranty. G*B

Review: My truck was towed to Johnny's after an Auto accident on Oct.21, 2013. I was told by [redacted] that the work to my truck could be done with used parts and would cost $3,900. After waiting quite awhile to hear from him I called and no work had been done. Now he said he couldn't do it with used parts only new and for $7,000. This was unacceptable. As I do not have that much money. My Mom started the process of talking to him and told him to look for used parts which he said over and over he could not find even looking nationwide. She has documented every phone call they have had and every one he has said he can't find parts and has changed the price. The last phone call I had with him he told me that he did not believe I had the money and would keep my truck and also did not have time for me and hung up on me. I don't believe this is a way to run a business and it is now January 27, 2014 and still I have no form of transportation which I need for work. This whole time my truck has been apart and outside in the elements uncovered. He is very rude and determined to keep my truck.Desired Settlement: I would like my truck fixed for the amount that I was told it would be fixed for and as soon as possible because I need it for work.

Review: My car was towed on aug 3 my car was parked in front of my house I came home from work to find out my car was at johnys auto towing on west main st in waterbury ct not even 1 hour after my car was towed I went down there to get my car there was a hand written sigh on the door say closed till mon if your car was towed you need to wait until Monday I called the tow company after I left johnys towing and spoke with the guy on call he said he can't release my car to me because the cops put a hold on my car which was a lie and that I needed to go down there Monday morning when they open I came back to my home where the police officer was still parked writing his report I explained to the cop I went down there to get my car and they said that you put a hold on my vehicle the cop called the towing company spoke with the man and said there is no investigation there is no hold release her car to [redacted] when I called the tow company again to meet the man down there no one answered the phone nor met me there so Monday morning came I was down there before they opened walked in gave the man my information about my car then he says to me it cost 259 I asked him why so much he explained to me how he needed to charge me $75 extra because there were no keys I said how could I give anyone any keys if I was at work when this happened he said oh it also cost extra for a flat bed which when they were towing the car only a flat bed came to pick up my vehicle the cop told me My car was out side in there tow place for a total of 33 hours they charged me 3 full days Monday didnt even make a day but he still charged me I looked on the ct.gov web site to see what a tow company can charge and he over priced and over charged me
