JOHNNY'S AUTO BODY

My vechile was towed by johnnys which upon trying to retrieve my vechile I was told they junked my car without my permission or notification They would not give me any information as to. Who or where my car was junked did not return my plates or any important items I had. Stored in. My car not to mention I no longer had my car. I along with my fiancé have tried on numerous occasions to get answer to no avail please help us come to a resolution

Johnny's Autobody towed my dad's vehicle, failed to report it to *** Police Dept.
When my dad called cops the officer said *** on *** called Johnny's Autobody to tow it. My dad went to *** to pick up car & they told him they didn't have it there. They LIED to him for 2 weeks. All of a sudden today car magically appeared after being questioned.What they ended up doing was dismantling his car. They stole all the valuable new parts;the car battery (brand new) his $800 tires also new and everything in the inside & outside of car. Johnny's Autobody Took both license plates off. They marked vehicle with slashes which means they're sending it to junk yard.
