has XXXXX miles on it. He has never brought vehicle in for those 12,000 miles with any engine or running condition similar to what is described to us, prior to their trip.
Even thought these are 100,000 mile plugs, there are many things that can foul out plugs, including but not limited to type of fuel purchased and its quality,type of driving conditions, etc.
If the customer is unhappy with service preformed at another dealer's service department, than they need to address that issue with that dealer.
