Johnny's Po Boy

Review: I ordered from johnny's a shrimp plate with potato salad which was about 18.00. When the plate was delievered, the potato salad looked like tarter sauce and was on top of the side salad. I called them and asked about this and they decided to send another plate over which took about 45 mins. The next plate that was ordered was worst. I had an oysters in my plate as well as someone's long brownish looking hair. I am allegic to them oysters. I called and spoke with the "manager" who was very rude. I told him about the oyster being in my plate and about the plate all together. He screamed saying" I approved it going out the first time and i'm not sending another plate. I then asked him what was the refund policy because I couldn't eat it. He then told me I'm not giving you a refund and don't order from here anymore and hung up. Now the food is still untouched and it clearly states on the flyer Replacement or Refund if defective. He then tells me he printed the flyers and there's no sch thing as what it says. I saved the flyer. Now I am not one to complain but this is just absurd. It is not about him.... its about the lack of customer service and the way he talked to me.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my order. I couldn't eat the plate and was willing to send it back but he was just nasty about the whole situation at hand.
