Review: stopped in and asked if he could hook up the computer to see what the problem was. I was willing to pay he said no charge. The problem that he said it was was going to cost a little over a hundred dollars so I dropped it off on Tuesday. He didn't start working on it until after two and I was under the impression that it would be done that day. I called him at 6:15 when my wife told me he closes at 5. He was there cleaning up for the night and I asked why it wasn't done and why he didn't call me and he said another code came up on the computer which is fine but he never even called to tell me or ask me if I wanted him to fix it he just took it upon himself. So now it is costing me over $400 dollars when it was probably covered under the warranty. He still never called me to tell methat it was done I had to go down and find out for myself.Desired Settlement: he should have notified me before doing anything else beyond the $100 dollars and should have called to tell me it would be another day.
