John's A-C & Heat Inc.

We used Johns Ac & Heat for a installation. The workers were professional and courtis. The girls in the office were a pleasure to work with so nice and very helpful. Our overall experience was great. We would recommend John's to anyone who wants great pricing and wonderful people to deal with. Thank you Johns for a wonderful ecperience.

Review: In 2012, I had an AC unit installed. In 2014, I had a furnace installed by this same company. One of the lines within the unit got clogged and began to leak water all over my laundry room and hallway underneath the floor. Now, the floor squishes due to the sitting water. I contacted John's AC and heat, they came out today and advised that the pitch in the line was poor and they re-pitched it and cut it to drain more effectively. When we mentioned the floor issue they advised that they would contact the owner as there was nothing that they could do. The owner then came out and looked at the unit and advised that the issues were neither his fault nor his company's fault. However, he did advise that it was Deptford Township's fault because they require a trap to be put on the line and that the trap is what caused the clog and ultimately caused the leak. I contacted Deptford Township in the meantime to discuss this matter with them; however, I am still waiting for a response. I believe that it is clear that John’s AC and Heat failed to install the unit and all things that go along with the installation appropriately. As a result, the leak has occurred which has damaged my floor. I feel that John’s should be held responsible for the damage to my home.Desired Settlement: I would like John’s AC and Heat to remedy the damage to my floor, whatever that may entail.
