We understand that as a neighbor it can be frustrating when tree limbs from our property encroach the property line into your yard. Unfortunately due to legal and liability issues we are unable to complete your remediation request that we remove the limbs for you. You have every right to cut the limbs or branches overhanging onto your property up to the property line provided that the cutting and/or pruning of the limbs or branches do not harm, damage or destroy the tree.  To assist in your goal of trimming the encroaching limbs, we have reachedout to Red Tail Landscaping and they would be able to remove the limbs for you for $380.00. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.If the dealer fixed the fuel problem at the time we brought it to him more then once, instead of making excuses it would of been fixed. he only thinking about himself and his gain is the only thing that is his concern!  The warranty is passed due and miles as well as of this time, but warn people of his actions and to buy a car else where.  He does not care about his customers!

This is a former disgruntled employee.  The details are as follows:  I gave them a 60 day 3000 mile warranty on the car.  It sat and was not driven for about the first 60 days.  At that point when the back hatch would not open, I lubed it up. When that did not work I had...

them purchase the part and put it in for free.  The car had run out of gas and this caused it not to start.  I feel I have gone above and beyond for this customer, it is now out of warranty and I am not obligated to do anything else.

Review: on 8/** went to [redacted]s auto repair for the removal of ignition interlock device. The service was completed promptly and I paid the agreed charge of $43.45 by debit card. I got in the car and as I started driving away I noticed part of the lower dash panel on the drivers side hanging down so I returned to the shop and showed it to [redacted], whom I originaly spoke to and he said that "the glue on the panel" had dried out and that there's nothing he can do. I told him that it wasn't like that before and he disagreed with me. He then called the tech. that did the work, who naturally said that it was like that already. Then another person came out, who I assume was [redacted], the [redacted], who looked at it and his solution was to use sheet rock screws to repair it. I told him that this problem was not there when I arrived and he was not going to put sheet rock screws in my dashboard at which point he said "then that's it, were done" and walked away. This is a Buick Park Ave. with no cosmetic issues inside or out, and on arrival I made sure to move the floor console out of the way to make easier access for the parts that I know were under the dashboard, so I know for a fact that this problem was not there.Desired Settlement: refund my money and I will take care of the problem myself. If their solution is to use sheet rock screws in a dashboard then their level of integrity speaks for itself and I wouldn't want them near my car. Despite the outcome, on a good note, [redacted] was very personable and nice to deal with.

Response:

First off this is a 10 year old car with 95000 miles on it, plastic and glue gets old. The glue that holds the cover to the lower dash panel dried out and pulled free. Is it possible the tech rubbed against it and it came free yes. Did the panel have to come off to remove the Intoxalock system no it did not. When I looked at it I tried to explain to the customer the only way to fix it would be to put a few screws along the bottom edge of the dash to pull the pad back up. At that point he started complaining that he did not want screws in his dash and that they would be seen. I explained they would be along the bottom edge and he would not see them. The screws would have been sheet metal screws not sheet rock screws not that it matters what kind they would have been. When he became irate about it yes I walked away and said we were done at that point there was nothing I could have done to make him happy. Will I refund his money NO. Will I still fix it the way I said yes I would, even after the attitude he gave both my service manger and the tech. For his information my level of integrity over the last 25 years speaks for its self!
