[redacted]I am more than willing to try & work with [redacted], but not that disrespectful [redacted] from Johns Automotive. The additional parts I had put on was to prove to [redacted] that that was not the noise in my front -end. The noise in my front end has been there ever since Johns Automotive worked on it, which was prior to any additional parts I put on. The first time I returned it, [redacted] kept it & ordered new Parts for it. He said he was given "Bad PARTS". After that there's always been a noise in the front-end, when turning right or left or just driving over a dip. I've also taking it to professional  shops, just to give me a diagnosis. All of them have told me that there's something WRONG with the Struts & Strut mount for certain. The additional parts was put on there because [redacted] would try to PASS THE BUCK, as it was something else , instead of looking into it more thoroughly.  I was told by [redacted] that if I bought all parts & etc. through him that He would give ma a warranty. [redacted] has worn me out cause I have been up there & left my car numerous terms. The last few times nothing was done to it. He'd call & tell me its "ready", yet I'd pick it up & its still making the same noise. I just want you to fix my car, like agreed.
