Review: The store returns policy is listed behind the cash register where no one could really see it and it is also NOT listed on the receipt. At the time of my return request the [redacted] guy showed me a yellow piece of cardboard and said to me no exchange or refund this sign is completely removable it was not visible when I was there, it could be adjusted or moved at free will. THEN THE [redacted] WHO THINKS SHE KNOWS IT ALL, told me to get out and next time I should read the sign.I then threw the wig at her and slam the door, I left the wig in the store since it will do me no good, I am allergic to the type of material. I paid $45.00 for a human texture wig , and I was given a fake doll hair $10.00 wig under false pretense . I told her it looked different but I allowed her to convince me that it was the same . I should have taken it out the package but she is such a smooth talker, when I got home I saw that she was a thief. She lied; it was the wrong wig in the correct packing. I feel like they should be held accountable, by displaying a better sign, thats visible and stationed, not something that could fall to the floor or be removed that easily. Also, in my case , replacing wigs with whats left over from the display is unacceptable, the wig was already used based on its look and it was not the design I choose. My mistake was not to open the box and actually check it again. And to their gain they got my $45.00 bucks.Desired Settlement: I would like a check for $45.00 dollars mailed to my local bank in my name , I don't not trust them with my home address.
