Review: John's Home improvement did some concrete repair work for me which included a one year warranty . The repairs are coming apart and I contacted John the owner. He did respond saying he would be by in a week or two and get back to me . I contacted him in March and this is May . I have called and left additional messages since then another call on 4/6/15 then 5/3/15 then again today 5/16/15 . I paid a good deal of money for the repairs and It seems I am being ignored in my request to have the repair...repaired The back steps all lean/slope to the back and even ice lays in them in the winter .Desired Settlement: I would like both front and rear projects that were initially done to be repaired .
