I paid him $800. for body repairs and paint. He done none of the work and had my car for 38 days. I had to go to get the sheriff's and get my vehicle back.Desired SettlementI would just like my $800. back because I have given him plenty of opportunities to do the work. And I have my receipt to prove my payments.
