where told there wound be extra for removing more dirt off the lot,over the feet in the estimateThey ended up with feet plus a large amount of dirt onthe slope that needed to be removedI finished the work on their house the end of Julyand the first part of August, presenting them with a final bill the following monthexpecting final paymentAbout three weeks later, I asked *** what was going on withpaymentHe told me they closed their loan without including the rest of my estimate in it.*** told me they would start making payments of per month on the remaininginvoicesAs of the end of January 2017, I had not received even dollar to be applied tothe invoices so I called *** asking her what was going onShe told me she wouldtalk to *** and get back to meAs of 2/they still had not contacted me with anyresolution to this debt.The concrete guy I found for them to do there exterior concrete gave them a per squarefoot price for all the work they needed doneTo get a close cost on their concrete, theyneeded to measure up their waJks, patios and driveway to make sure they had it in thereloan closing*** told me when I talked with him they were not expecting a bill for theconcreteIf they had any intention on paying they would have calculated it out beforethey closed their loan
