Review: I had John's Hardwood Flooring come out the first time in Feb 2013 to fix a few sections of flooring and stain the downstairs and hall. He was supposed to pull up the floorboards and relay them with enough space for it to expand. Everything went fine except the two spots he was going to relay. They were just nailed back in the same place and popped up again in a few months. I lived with it, but when I went to rent the house I decided to have the bedrooms stained to match and asked him to fix the downstairs floor where it buckled not just nail it back down. I was not around to see the finished work so my mother went bye to inspect and pay. After that was finished we found a section of quarter round was missing behind the door. He wouldn’t return calls and never fixed it, so we did it ourselves. Now a few months later the floor buckled in the same place again. When asked to fix it he got irate and said this is not my problem this is your problem your mom saw it and she paid and stormed off.Desired Settlement: I would like the section of floor properly fixed or refund the amount to have someone else fix it properly.
