He agreed to withdraw his complaint as long as I dropped the charge and did not pursue legal action him. Of course, I did not have anymore desire to do business again with him, and so I agreed. I dropped the charge and assumed the matter was closed.However, now I can see that the customer did not keep his end of the agreement, which has made me reconsider the charge.
