Brought the kids for a birthday party and I was impressed!

Very nice operation they have here.

Food is delicious. My favorite was the buffalo chicken pizza, my son loved their mac n cheese pizza.

They have a couple of rides and games for the kids, those were fun.

And they also have dessert.

Will be back!

Review: I was overcharged for a birthday party package at the Incredible John's Montclair CA location. I was supposed to be charged 14.99 per person as per our reservation but instead were charged 19.99 per person. We had booked for 15 persons. My cousin [redacted] booked it for his son's [redacted]'s birthday on 5/21/14. As a good gesture, I had paid the entire amountas a gift but wasn't aware of the overcharge at the time. I looked at the receipt the next morning and called the manager [redacted]. She said she had to notify the corporate office because it was the next day. It was within 24 hours of the event. However, I have not received a response back. This not acceptable to ignore a customer issue.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund for the difference. This amount is $75. I do not want buffet vouchers as it was clearly the front desk person's error for charging the wrong amount.
