Review: Good Morning, I am the least to complain but when it comes to horrible customer service I have to express my concerns. On 10/27/13 me and my wife plus 6 of my children paid a visit to John's Incredible pizza to experience one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I walked in with my family and was greeted by cashier [redacted] who was courteous and polite. I paid $107.92 using my debit card to find out machine had stopped functioning so I was switched over to another cashier [redacted] who was also polite and provided me with a receipt for $107.92 ticket number XXXXXX corporate I.D XXXXXXXXXXXXX and my VIP number is XXXXXXX. I decided to buy an additional fun card for $14.99 ticket number XXXXXX which was added to my original card which I purchased with $107.92 which I specifically mentioned before transaction that I needed the $14.99 tokens be placed on a seperate fun card so that my daughters and sons could have seperate cards to share their credits. So I patiently waited while [redacted] called for supervisor [redacted] who did not provide last name. She came and stated they had to place a reversal on my debit card for $14.99 and charge me on another transaction for the same amount so that they can place my credits on a seperate fun card. At this point no apology was given except for cashier [redacted]. So 15 minutes at a seat and that they would resolve it and come by and see me at my dinner table.So me and my family went to the buffet to grab some pizza and drinks when I was approached by cashier [redacted] that I was needed once again at pay station. At this point I was really upset since I had to place my food at table to have to go to cashier station once again.At this point I called for manager [redacted] who was extremely rude and did not help us at ll. So I told him would be filing a Revdex.com complaint to only hear from his mouth do whatever you want and walked away from cashier station. Did not even apologize.I would like action taken on rude manager and supervisor [redacted] spend $150 on each visit.

I am a VIP member and as you could see I have a big family and each visit to John's I spend a minimum of $150.00 per visit. I feel I was mistreated with horrible customer service per manager [redacted]. He literally voiced do whatever you want in front of his employees and customers waiting. When my wife voice her concerned and told supervisor [redacted] that our food was cold and our kids were waiting for 45minutes she stated it hasn't been that long! I don't want this to happen to anyone else!

Review: I came in today with both of my children only to be disrespected by not one but two managers one being the [redacted] named [redacted] I came in to purchase food for the kids everyone that is eating drove all the way here in the rain and since I opted not to eat as I'm going to dinner with someone else and me being a single dad I wanted to play games with my kids and feed them before I drop them back off so because I wouldn't spend an extra $10 on myself for a buffet I even asked since I'm not eating I'll pay for it at a discount and buy a soda he wouldn't help me out needless to say that is the most horrible customer service I've ever seen especially when someone can't let a single father with two children have fun with his kids I'll never come back here again I'm so disgustedDesired Settlement: I don't think I would ever come back so there really wouldn't be any reason for a resolution unless they want to give me and me kids free buffet and game cards

Mr. [redacted] stated that he was disrespected by[redacted], and another[redacted] during his visit to the John’s Incredible Pizza Company located at [redacted]. He also states that he opted not to eat as he had planned a dinner elsewhere, but expected to be granted entrance to the facility.

John’s Incredible Pizza Company is an open buffet, with a video arcade intertwined. The cost for admission to the facility is the price of a buffet. This is clearly posted on the entrance and the menuboard. When Mr. [redacted] informed our cashier that he was not going to pay for admission to the location as he did not intend to eat, he was explained the company policy that is clearly posted by our cashier. He was not satisfied and demanded that he would not be paying, so our cashier contacted a Manager to speak with Mr. [redacted]. The Manager reiterated the policy for Mr. [redacted], who still remained unsatisfied and demanded that he would not pay for his admission. I was then contacted. I approached Mr. [redacted] and he explained his reasoning for not wishing to pay for admission. I explained to him that it was not a function of me not believing or trusting him, but the location is extremely large and I have no way to monitor or manage who has paid and who has not with the exception of the current policy that requires any individual wishing to gain entrance to the property purchase a buffet, our cost of admission. Unfortunately Mr. [redacted] was not satisfied with the policy, and became rude while communicating his dissatisfaction for the policy as it stands. I explained that I was sorry he does not agree with the policy, but I did uphold the policy and explain that if he wished to enter there was no other option than to purchase a buffet.

During this interaction no member of John’s Incredible Pizza Company ever spoke with Mr. [redacted] in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner. His dissatisfaction was exclusively due to not agreeing with our company policy and expecting someone to override the policy for his circumstance. I was extremely calm and clear when I communicated with him, and did attempt to be reasonable with Mr. [redacted].

At this time, John’s Incredible Pizza Company will not be offering any manner of restitution to Mr. [redacted] as there is no evidence of any damages or inappropriate behavior on behalf of our staff or management.

I am rejecting this response because:I have witnesses that told me also I was disrespected to the aspect of the managers rudeness and they also stated that it was wrong of the manager to deny my children an opportunity to have a good time therefore I will now contact another source (media) to let them know that it was very dissatisfied and was humiliated in front of the crowd and will also be going to the placer county environmental health safety as the last time I ate there I got food poisoning as to another why I did not want to eat there

Review: SO I took my kids and my nephews and my husband and my parents to Johns Incredible pizza on April 22nd at 5:30pm for my oldest son birthday and we all stood in line for over an hour and then the manger says 1s we got up to pay we said that we wanted to pay for 1 more person who we were waiting to show up and the manger says we cant be in the building in tell everyone in our party is here, we said ok but we have been waiting in the line for over an hour at that point and the manger was rude and had a very bad attitude with us and was mean an also at the point both my kids had to go to the bathroom he said we couldn't go we said that's bs we even showed him the money to show 1s again that we were going to pay and also planned to buy over $300s with of games also for everyone in our party to use. and so by the time everyone was there after using the bathroom it was now after 6:30pm and we had to stand in the line 1s again to pay and everything we told the manger we were not happy and he said that it was part of there policy that no one cant come in less there group is all together both my kids are and we seen nothing about the what he said about the policy about everyone having to be all together to pay. & also by the time we got to get food even though there was a lot of people there they had hardly no food out at all meaning pizza and pasta and extra, we were not happy at all and the Service was very bad on top of dealing with a manger that needs people training again on how to be nice to people that are paying customersDesired Settlement: I would like a letter saying there sorry and for also messing up my sons birthday and if I am able to get a discount on my next visit there with my kids that would be great
