Failure to fix vehicle repairs! [redacted] received two checks from my [redacted] insurance for repairs in the amounts of $582.83 & $761.72 plus I gave him a extra $100.00 out of my pocket and he has failed to do the repair work and replace the headlight on driver side! This has been going on since early June! After numerous trips to his shop and tons of phone calls & text messaging to his phone he continued to come up with excuse after excuse and lie after lie to get this taken care of! He even hid in his fathers truck for three hours as we were sitting at his shop waiting on him! He finally comes out because he thought we had left! Told us we had to come back cause he was sick ! Went back by his shop later on that same day and he was there working!! He told me to be at his shop so many times and he is never there when I get there ! Doesn't answer my phone calls either! When we finally surprise him by showing up unexpected he Just shoots you another lie! I'm exhausted trying to get this taken care of! I also paid him $160 for two new mustang lights! Which I didn't get! The lights he put in where dull and scratched up!Please help! I don't know what else to do! If I take him to court it will be small claims and it will probably just be a judgement set forth against him! And I'm still stuck with my vehicle not being fixed ! Please help !
