I am rejecting this response because:The information in this letter is not completely correct. The furnace was never cleaned free of charge the following day. No one ever showed up to do so. We have never been contacted since this company left the last time to schedule the finishing of the work. The temp in my son's room is still not fixed after doing this "free of charge" fix. Not only that but since this mess my electric bill on budget billing has readjusted from $250 per month to $439 per month!!! We definitely have problems from the quality of work that has been done. We have also had two other companies look at our air and furnace and it's size for this house is perfectly adequate. What is it going to take for us to have this fixed back to the way it was before our home burnt?
