Review: A laptop was brought in due to virus issues in December 2015. John kept it for 2 days, I picked it up to load a program on it. It would not load due to viruses. I then brought it somewhere else because I then needed it done. I called him about the problem & requested not a full refund which would have been $100, but only 50% refund. He refused so I paid $100 plus tax and got nothing.Desired Settlement: $50 refund
