I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about this company! A recent storm blew off chunks of our shingles and I woke up to a mess. The same thing had happened 6 months prior and I had a horrible experience with the roofing company we used for that repair. So, I asked around if anyone knew any roofers and a friend recommended [redacted]. I am forever grateful for that recommendation! I called [redacted] right away and he said he'd be over within an hour. I just assumed that it would be for an estimate only since my previous experience with a roofing company took 5 days for them to respond to me. Not only did he get here on time, but he gave me the estimate and said that if I'd like, he could be back in 45 minutes with the supplies and they could get it done that day AND he would give us a 5 year warranty on his work!!! PLUS, he ended up having to redo what the previous roofers "fixed" because they not only did not use the proper shingles, but their work was shoddy to boot! I have never had s

I hired John's Roofing and gutters to repair my mother's roof in McKinney. I want to say that they did an excellent job they're really professional and they were easy to work with. I met [redacted] Denton of John's Roofing the day after a major hail storm damaged my home, breaking windows and leaving doubts about my roof. James was across the street visiting with my neighbors and gladly agreed to climb up on my roof to check on the extent of damage. He reported major damage, and then agreed to meet with me and my adjuster the next week. I'm beyond satisfied with the customer service that I received from Héctor [redacted] and Johns roofing company. They called the insurance company for me, made it absolutely hassle free! They placed a tarp on my roof until the weather permitted them to replace my roof. They fixed all the damage inside my house from the leaks. They cleaned up my yard and driveway after they were done. I can't say enough to show my appreciation for Héctor and Johns roofing company. I would use them every time I have a problem, and I would recommend them every time! I give them an 11 out of 10!!!!! They even got me a higher quality roof, and a longer warranty than my last roof, and I never had to make a call, or lift a finger. Now that's what I call going the distance and then some!

I contacted [redacted] about putting on a new roof for a guest home I had on property. That day (just a few hours later), [redacted] was on-site and was giving me the run down on what was needed to repair the roof. He responded very quickly with an estimate and stated he could have his crew ready to put on the new roof the next day. This blew my mind. [redacted] worked very fast to get this completed for me. I agreed and the next day, [redacted] was at the house by the time he stated and was finished with the roof by mid day. Granted, the house was small, but he still went beyond my expectations. THEY RESPONDED IN A TIMELY MANNER WITHIN 8 HRS TO PUT EMERGENCY TARPS ON MY ROOF THAT STOPPED A LOT OF EXTRA WATER DAMAGE. THEY ALSO PUT A QUALITY ROOFING SYSTEM ON MY HOUSE AGAIN IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE ROOF LOOKS GREAT AND I WOULD RECOMMEND [redacted];S ROOFING TO ANY OF MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS.

James [redacted] was prompt, professional and a very knowledgeable roofer. We had high winds and he fixed our wind turbine that fell off. He checked our existing shingles for hail damage and informed us it was still in good shape. We appreciate John's Roofing and highly recommend them for all your roofing needs.
