I called to see if a vehicle was still available, they would not tell me yes or no. The salesman would not answer any questions regarding the inventory, just told me to stop in. I thought it was a bigger dealership, because of the way their website is set up, but it is a muddy smaller lot with 2 or 3 little 10x10 buildings on the property. They promise you everything but give you nothing. 2 vehicles would not even start when we asked to test drive. This business lacks ethics and fall into the stereotype of a typical used car lot. I understand you may be tempted, because they do offer a buy here pay here program. However, you would save time, money, and headaches if you go to a different buy here pay here.
They are false advertisers and I am surprised they have not been shut down by the attorney general's office yet due to violating consumer protection laws. Be aware, if you see an advertised short warranty of 30 days, be sure they include it on the paperwork. They are good at making promises but definitely provide the bare minimum service.

Review: I had a written agreement to trade in my old vehicle for $1500 off of the price of the car I was purchasing from the dealership. I went to the dealership, turned in my old car as a down payment, signed all the paperwork and left. Called later the same day to tell them I had the money and would take it to them and they said okay. On my way there the owner called me and saying that the car was not worth the $1500 and he was not going to do that deal. The car was not looked at until after I signed the paperwork which was the employees fault. The fact is the papers were signed, the car was already handed over and the owner said he would not give the $1500. He was rude about the situation raising his voice and accusing us of smelling like "pot". I could not believe the audacity of the owner of this place. No owner of a good business would ever insult a customer or let the customer suffer because of their own employees mistakes. I would never recommend this place to anyone and hope something is done about this.Desired Settlement: Once paper work is signed and dated the deal is done. No going back on the deal because of an employees mistake or misjudgment.
