the complaint. If this is not the case I will address this further. We have been doing HVAC service and install since 1962 and have always tried to go above and beyond to give great customer service. I do however know sometimes we miss the mark, but we always try and take care of the issue. Let me know if I need to take any further action.

I submitted a note but it must have gone through last week. They sent out a duct cleaning company and they completed the cleaning 2 days ago. Johns has ordered new filters and when they arrive they are going to install them and do a cleaning on my unit free of charge
