Review: On Sept.6, 2013 at approximatley 1230hrs while attending [redacted] Bar/Club located at [redacted], Maryland [redacted] I Parked my personal vehilce in the parking lot area of [redacted] Club and [redacted] Apartment building. My 2003 Chevy Trailblazer gry in color was towed by John's Towing and Recovery in reference to parking at the side of [redacted] apartment building which is parallel and in the same parking lot as [redacted] Club. The [redacted] apartments parking spaces has "Club Parking" posted on the curb area of the parking spaces. There were NO posted signs or markings stating "no parking" at the parking spots were my vehicle was located. I was aslo informed by [redacted] Sheriff deputies Pfc. [redacted] and Pfc. [redacted] that the employee's of John's Towing accidentally dropped my vehicle off the towing truck lift and was advised to check for damage to my vehicle. Pfc. [redacted] also advised me that a citation was issued to John's Towing for failure to secure my vehilce on the tow truck. I made contact with the driver approximatley 30 minutes after my vehicle was towed at which time I informed the driver that I was enroute to pick up my vehicle. Once on scene I asked the driver if my vehicle had been dropped of there lift at which time he replied several time "I don't know what your taking about". Once I advised the driver that I was informed by the Officers who were on scene hat my vehicle was dropped and also citations were written the driver stated to me "Yea I dropped it" and decline to provide his information for a complaint. I made contact with the company to file a complaint and the company decline to investigated my situation or take any follow up action. I took pictures of the parking lot and curb area and the company manager stated to me that the situation is over and there will not refund any of my money for there unlawful tow.Desired Settlement: Rufund of $200.00.
