RE: Complaint #[redacted] I sent John - the business owner of John's Tree Service a message giving him one more opportunity to fix the lamp post and said if he didn't I was going to file a complaint in Small Claims Court......he finally fixed the lamp post.....so if there is a way you can post...

I am writing this to you in answer to [redacted] complaint about our business.  We have completely taken care of her complaint about the logs that were left on her property. We have had a lot of rain and we needed to wait till the ground was dry to get the logs off the yard without destroying...

workers.John’s worked for Ms. [redacted] on several occasions. This complaint is very unfortunate. The limb in question was removed, so this issue has been resolved. Due to the complaint from [redacted], the homeowners son, John’s will refuse any further service to Mrs. [redacted] from now forward.  John personally assessed the limb, but it was December, too cold for tree service. Tempatures were inadequate. No tools were required for assessment.This is clearly a difference of opinion, and was not an issue to John’s, but apparently it was an issue for [redacted], Mrs. [redacted]s son.  Happy to give our feedback, and we will stride to keep pushing forward. Positively!!Thank you

In response to complaint ID [redacted] against John's Tree Service.John L[redacted] is right that this complaint is very unfortunate. But it is unfortunate that I had to fight for nine month's to get a job done for my mother. I had no problems or issues with is team of workers. The problems were with John L[redacted] himself.John says he personally assessed the limbs in December and that it was too cold for tree service. The fact is that he was paid in full in November and that the job was done at that time. It was not!The whole reason for this complaint is why it took him so long to finish. He says that tempatures were inadequate for tree service, but we didn't have bad weather for nine months. I would call John on him cell phone to make appointments to have the job finished. He would set dates and times to be there. He would not show up and did not call with a reason why he didn't. I am the one who had to call him back to reschedule future appointments.John say apparently it was an issue for me and he is right. The issue is the way he conducts his business. That is the reason I had to file this complaint.Thank you.
