Double collected on my procedure OWES ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!
Memorial Hospital OWES me money and has for THREE MONTHS! On June 1, Memorial invoiced me with payment due upon receiptI paid upon receipt (June 1)My insurance company then paid two weeks later (July 20)I have called THREE TIMESI talked with *** and then with *** and finally with *** told me they over received and didn't know how to handle thisHOW CRAZY CAN ONE COMPANY BE??????? Acct #M XXXXXXXXX SEND ME MY MONEY "WITH INTEREST" ASAP!

I came into the hospital at 11:am with severe abdominal pains and a lot of blood in my urine they took forever to get to me they sit behind the counter and talk and then get mad when you ask about your wait I sat in the waiting room for hours before even going to the back to see what was wrong if I have kidney stones which it is believed to I have been sitting in serious pain for hrs their wait is always long it’s never a pleasant visit they are the y’all of the town for unprofessionalalizm and for the long waits somebody could die in their waiting room and they wouldn’t care nor know if my insurance covered a different hospital I would NOT come to memorial I’ll never send anybody here I’ll tell them to go to st joseph and take the long ride there before being hereYou would be on your way home from st Joseph before even being seen at memorial hospital I would like a call to explain this further
