ATTN: [redacted]RE: [redacted],    WE RETURNED THE 84.95 BACK TO MR. [redacted] AS HE REQUESTED.  MR. [redacted] STATES THAT THE HVAC GUY HE CALLED AFTER WE LEFT FOUND A READING OF 4PPM CARBON MONOXIDE...THAT IS AN INDICATION OF A BREACH IN THE HEAT EXCHANGER OR ANOTHER...

FACTOR THAT IS CAUSING CARBON MONOXIDE TO LEAK INTO THE HOUSE. ALTHOUGH IT'S NOT AT 9PPM (PARTS PER MILLION) RIGHT NOW IT COULD BE TOMORROW. ANYTIME WE FIND AN UNSAFE CONDITION WE ALERT OUR CUSTOMERS AND GIVE THEM OPTIONS.   I PERSONALLY DON'T WANT TO SEE ANY CUSTOMER NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED AND SO WE RETURNED HIS MONEY TO HIM. We ordered the part needed but it was a 3 week lead time on it. Apparently there were some...

miscommunications regarding the parts needed and the lead time involved. After we spoke he understood and the issue has since been resolved. [redacted]
