6/22/15Attn: [redacted] ***Re: [redacted] I spoke with officer [redacted] regarding this and explained that the company who manufactured their equipment is a Chinese company who went out of business years agoWe ordered the part needed but it was a week lead time on itApparently there were some miscommunications regarding the parts needed and the lead time involvedAfter we spoke he understood and the issue has since been resolved [redacted]
