we were sent out by his warranty company to fix his opener , there was not a problem with the opener , nor on both visits was the chain loose or hanging , his rollers are and were dragging when door is going down , because his end styles are
loose from his door which when door is open bend ( cause door is worn out ) tech has year experience in the garage door industry , we went out a second time opened door looked at opener again tried to show him where the problem was on his door he did not, believe tech nor was he interested in being shown where problem on door waswe are sorry he is upset with this I don't agree with with the refund but I will give him his $back as a courtesy, the $he paid was for his warranty company agreementwe would like the information on the other company that came out the second time, for our records, in no way do we feel like tech was trying to sale a door , we just give them the facts of there door problem, we stand behind tech 's diagnose of the door,
