hello.purchase in december a spy pen that tape and video.went to europe,couldn t used the pen .the button on the top that activate everything was broken.came back in january 2016.went back to the store.I was told to leave the pen for a technician to look at it.since then,they misplaced the item,then they asked for the original receipt which we couldn t find but we had statement from credit card which they wouldn t take in consideration.it has been almost a year .back and forth.then,exasperated we put a commentary in [redacted] and someone called ,got [redacted] off about it and started to interrogated my wife about her integrity
