Techacted odd thru-out the service call. When he asked for a chair, it was toward the end of the wash cycle, then he did not even sit on it. The washer was working when he left but only for wash loads after that. Then it went back to the way it was before he arrived. When trying to settle this conflict, they stated that they could come out the following Monday at no charge. I stated that would be fine but the tech acted so odd that I did not want him back but would accept a different tech. They stated that he was the one and only tech. This was not acceptable. When he asked to use the restroom I thought it was so unprofessional. Since my bedroom was beyond the bathroom and he was back there quite a while, I did not know what he was doing back there. Going to the laundromat was very costly and we have $invested in just washing the clothes - also could never receive a response from the owner EVER. We purchased a new washerSolved our problems but I will never ever trust Johnson Appliance again

Complairit ID # [redacted]On September 12, 2017 a service tech completed a service call at [redacted] residence.Upon arrivel, the tech inquired what issue [redacted] was experiencing with her washer. She said itwould not drain or spin. Tech put washer into drian and spin cycle and it performed...

properly.Then tech put washer in diagnostic mode and everything performed properly. Tech requested aload of clothes to load test the washer. Tech put washer into normal cycle, Normal cycle takesabout 35 min, So he ask for a chair or something to sit on to observe the washer. With [redacted]present the tech asked permission to use her restroom and [redacted] agreed. [redacted]'s son came into the shop to inform us about the washer, claimed it did not work.We informed him that we could come back out. Thats when he tried to accuse the tech of goinginto [redacted]'s room. [redacted]'s son said they dont want us back out. And that they want their moneyback of 69.71 which is the service fee for coming out to the residence. The service fee isrequired for the completed service call despite any problem or result of the call. Tech did notenter [redacted]'s room, and [redacted] was present for the duration of the call.Johnson Appliance
